I spoke directly with Ulpan Gordon today and they provided me with the follow information about aleph level courses for 2009. If you are interested in studying in a higher level, they request that you contact them personally to discuss availability and cost.
The prices you see below are accurate but be advised that tuition changes in September of every year which is why I can only provide accurate information until September 2009:
Starting Tuesday, December 9th, 2008:
Note: If you’re interested in attending this class, keep in mind that instructors don’t like adding new students after the first week is completed unless you can prove basic comprehension to them. With that being said, act now if you would like to enroll for the December 2008 aleph course.
Most classes begin in February but other aleph level classes will begin at the beginning of every month there-after:
Morning Classes:
Night classes:
Note: There are no new aleph level classes scheduled to begin for January, 2009.
There are other variations of classes depending on demand. You MUST contact the Ulpan Gordon offices directly to inquire about afternoons, advance level classes (bet, gimel, etc.), and alternative evening courses.
Remember: Payment can be made on a monthly basis. You aren’t required to pay for the complete five months in advance especially if you aren’t planning on staying for the duration of the course.

All classes are 5 months long. Three month courses are no longer offered.
All students (regardless of Hebrew knowledge) must take a placement exam!
The exam schedule is as follows:
You should report directly to the main office at Ulpan Gordon and they will instruct you on what to do for the placement exam. No appointment necessary.

Thanks for posting this, but your chart says that the class begins February 1 and ends September 09, that is about 7 months, not five months.
Thank you for that observation. I will make a notation that most classes begin in February but new classes will normally start at the beginning of every month there-after. So, there will be a new class starting in March and a new class starting in April, etc….
I am looking for a room by myself or shared. Looking to spend less than $500/mo. And ideally it will be walking distance to Ulpan Gordon. I am going to be arriving in March. Please post back here with info.
If you aren't in Israel yet, your best bet is to check out a few sites that advertise rooms or apartments for rent. Here are just a few to get you started:

I am an older person and want an ulpan for about 4 weeks in the summer, I learn ivrit here but want a regular class whilst on holiday. I will be in Tel Aviv, can anyone suggest anything please
The classes at Gordon slow down greatly during the summer as most teachers have a summer break in July & August. It's not a problem to only study for 1 month but I'm not sure if they will have a new class start when you are in Tel Aviv because of the summer break.
I suggest contacting the main office at Ulpan Gordon directly for more information. Perhaps they have an evening class (studying 2 nights a week) that might be beneficial to you.

Hey, does anyone know what the best bus/sherut to go from Tel Aviv Merkaz (like Arolozorov and Ivn Giverol-ish) to Ulpan Gordon?
